It is with some trepidation that I am about to eat this mango. Mangos are one of those fruits that have a small margin for error of when you decide to eat it. Too soon, and you have a dry, tasteless, or even sour experience. Waste and regret. Too late, and you’re eating mushy, rotting fruit. Waste and regret. But hit just the right time, and you have smooth, delicious nectar in your mouth. Bliss. The key to enjoying a perfect mango experience and all of life is timing. And perhaps, a lot of preceding regrettable mango experiences.
